Civil Disobediance
Both "Gandhi's review of Civil Disobedience" and "Walden", were inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson. They both had a calm tone to them. Neither Gandhi or Thoreau supported the way the government oppressed the people such as 114-118 in Civil Disobedience, Thoreau had mentioned "Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also a prison. The proper place today, the only place which Massachusetts has provided for her freer and less desponding spirits, is in her prisons, to be put out and locked out of the State by her own act, as they have already put themselves out by their principles." Here he is basically saying that prison is not a place of punishment, but a place to rest and think.
Thoreau has been arrested for, refusing to pay their poll tax, as stated in Civil Disobedience 144-149 "I have paid no poll-tax for six years. I was put into a jail once on this account, for one night; and, as I stood considering the walls of solid stone, two or three feet thick, the door of wood and iron, a foot thick, and the iron grating which strained the light, I could not help being struck with the foolishness of that institution which treated me as if I were mere flesh and blood and bones, to be locked up." In this state of mind being thrown in jail was pointless.

Live Simply
Live Simply
I gave up my favorite drink, ICE
Its basically coffee for me, and kind of addicting I have a craving for them. To be honest I was jittery, irritable and just out of it. So, I guess if something as simple as this can be difficult to drop, I wonder how difficult it would be to leave your home for a week to live in a shack.

Personification Poem
I am swift as the winter chill
I like to chase rabbits and deer
I often sleep in the shade of a tree
I feel relaxed when I rest on a rock
I am secretive
I see a group of deer in the nearby field
I do my best to survive in a changing world
I hear the call of an in injured rabbit
I am a Mountain Lion
I like to chase rabbits and deer
I often sleep in the shade of a tree
I feel relaxed when I rest on a rock
I am secretive
I see a group of deer in the nearby field
I do my best to survive in a changing world
I hear the call of an in injured rabbit
I am a Mountain Lion

The hunger games Blog, for Mrs.Moon
We as fellow humans, should not be forced to starve and give up a friend, a brother, a sister, or a cousin just for the Capitols amusement. If we all stand up to the Capitol, we can succeed and removing them from power. It is not right that they treat us as their pets, squeezing everything out of us, then letting us waste away. We can accomplish much more than just mining for coal, such as Katniss, she is an excellent hunter and one om my close friends. She sacrificed herself to save her younger sister from getting selected.
If we let the Capitol continue to drain us, we will wither away only to be a reminder of a desolate District, such as District 13. If all the districts get together, we will concur the Capitol and start a new type of government that will treat us as humans. Do we really want to give a human sacrifice just for another's enjoyment? They watch us starve while they stuff themselves silly, like they haven't got a care in the world. Do you think that they would care if our District was destroyed? In order to truly survive is to go out beyond the perimeter fence and hunt for game, which if caught, they would immediately kill us on sight. And if we manage to get it back, you have to be careful to who you give it to, because they may be an undercover spy for the Capitol.
So fellow District 12 families, if you disagree with me, then you shall stay a slave under the Capitol's rule. They could careless if you live or not. They only care is if we continue to supply them with coal and tributes for the games. So please, if you are rational you will support me in the fight for freedom.
